You’ll build practical skills and communication strategies to support community members with limited or no digital experience and to address insurance‑codable factors that influence health.

The course equips you to help clients navigate telehealth, patient portals, online benefits, remote patient monitoring tools, and digital safety—strengthening Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) programs by improving engagement, access, and care continuity.

All lessons are fully online and asynchronous. That means that you can learn at your own pace and in any order. Ten additional hours of elective courses are also included for those who need them to obtain CHW Certification.
